Urgent Message from the President

The Security and Investigative Act for the Province of Nova Scotia received Royal Assent on May 11, 2010.  Proclamation of the Act will be deferred for several months to allow the Justice Department to develop its regulations.  The Department of Justice has requested interested stakeholders for input in the development of these regulations.

I urge all licensed PI’s in Nova Scotia to get involved.  The consultation document can be obtained at:
